Added those two reports to the "Song Info" menu.

Also, I rewrote the "vote up / down / favorite" display to only take 2 seconds instead of 6, so I could put it back in the songinfo pages again.

Small column display change requests:
* Songs heard by the least number of people : the "Played" and "Added" should change places; missing the number of songs listed (meaning the "(210 songs)" in the game music listing)
* Shortest songs in the playlist : the "anime" column is 1st vs the other lists, where the "title" column is 1st; missing the number of songs listed
* Songs without an artist tagged : an empty list? o.o
* Songs Not Associated With an Anime : the "anime" column is 1st vs the other lists, where the "title" column is 1st; missing the number of songs listed
* Lowest Rated Songs : the "rating" column should be 1st? but its definitely is "hided" before the request buttons ^^; missing the number of songs listed
* Highest Rated Songs : the "rating" column should be 1st? but its definitely is "hided" before the request buttons ^^; missing the number of songs listed
* Most Favorited Songs : the "favorites" column should be 1st? but its definitely is "hided" before the request buttons ^^; missing the number of songs listed
* Game Music (210 songs) : should have 2 column for artist & title, not 1 just like the other lists and please allow sorting on the column headers
* Anime Drops : missing the number of songs listed and sortable headers pls
