I think it would be cool for a few hours to hear songs from the actual season

I still think the idea of a theme day of songs from favorite anime series is good. I've refined the idea;

we could call it Favorite Anime Friday.

We could use the Most Favorite Anime list by myanimelist.net https://myanimelist.net/topanime.php?type=favorite to determine the Top 100 most favorite anime series and play the op and ed and other songs from those anime.

The resulting song programming would be much different than our regular daily programming - more like Throwback Thursday because of the older favorite series. And I don't think it would be too difficult for Rick to implement.

Songs from your favorite anime series; it makes sense.
